If strict loyalty is not given when demanded, a swift death is promised. They have left the land in a desolate state with hardly any access to modern technology, and their dogmatic order has plunged the world into chaos. There is no justice, religion, or freedom...

In a city called Metal Stereo, there is someone willing to fight - a bold teenager armed with two swords, skates, and a drive to overthrow. He seeks a world where he can live freely, and he'll do what it takes to get it.

Street Pedal Black - Episode II: Street's Warfare

Street encounters Government troops attacking a woman and her baby son in the street, and step in to save them. Unfortunately, only the baby survives the melee, but Street and LaTonya adopt him and name him "Ped."

The troops have been on edge lately because of a powerful new invention called the Lighting Conductor. It has the seemingly impossible power to generate large amounts of energy from mere sparks and could give the Government a huge boost in reaching total domination. The project, Code: Blade Governor, seems to be directly under the leader of the Government powers.

With new allies, a new family, and an unmatched tenacity, the Fire of Metal Stereo must put it all on the line to defeat the greatest threat in his young life.
